
So my dear daughter posted her tomato fiasco the other day and just so she would not feel too bad I made a syrup fiasco. Henry's had great sales on fruits so that is a delightful blueberry/peach pie in the back. I was making the syrup for a fruit salad...coconut rum, orange liqour and Splenda.....Oops...new batch on the stove. GOT TO GO!!

well, I burned potatoes today, i think I'm losing my touch here in italia, or I'm just preoccupied
Well I am not looking forward to any further one upmanship so I will keep an eye on my cooking! Maybe you need to figure out what you are doing when you burn stuff....set up a workstation closer to the kitchen, don't start too many projects at one time...
